We are Jeff & Denise Johns - owners of Lonesome Valley Farms. Ours is a family owned and operated farm since 1963. It is located 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. At the home farm, Jeff & Denise along with their children, Jeff Jr & Alicia have raised  Haflinger Draft horses, dairy heifers and beef cattle. We also raise crops on the farm, hay, grain, pumpkins, pumpkins, decorative gourds & Indian corn. Farming is an awesome and rewarding lifestyle. Yes, it is a tremendous amount of work, but a healthy and fulfilling way of life. There is nothing to compare to a day on a farm. In the fall, we host the area's number one Haunted Attraction--The Haunted Hayride with Trail/Maze and new for 2010  "The Haunted Farm" The non-haunted events we host include a Country Hayride & a huge Get Lost Corn Maze.

At each of our events we have concessions, fire sites and a gift shop complete with  gourds, pumpkins, Indian corn, more pumpkins, corn stalks, and everything you need for your fall decorating needs. We have gifts, some crafts and glow stuff. There are games on the midway for the younguns. A little something for everyone.

After the fall events are wrapped up, we have horse drawn wagon & sleigh rides at Overly's Country Christmas. An awesome holiday tradition.
